Instead, more consumer-friendly language like \u2018Collision Repair Experts\u2019 and \u2018Guaranteed Value\u2019 did a better job of connecting with clients and communicating the benefits of choosing Chubb over another insurer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chubb tasked us with producing a video that applied these insights in an understandable, engaging way.
