As companies are forced to pivot away from live-action in the coming months, we’re helping brands find equally effective ways to get their message out to clients.

Our most recent animated work with Chubb Auto Insurance shows how a brand can produce dynamic creative that’s on-message, on-brand, and on-point—without the risk and cost of a live-action shoot.

Shifting the Language Around Auto Insurance.

Chubb Auto Insurance wanted to refresh the language they were using around their insurance offering. 

After conducting research with maslansky + partners, a communications consultancy, they learned that a lot of the terms they were using to describe their policies weren’t connecting with clients. 

Phrases like ‘Auto Technical Specialists’ and ‘agreed value’ were leaving clients unsure about the benefits of Chubb’s Auto Insurance Offering. Instead, more consumer-friendly language like ‘Collision Repair Experts’ and ‘Guaranteed Value’ did a better job of connecting with clients and communicating the benefits of choosing Chubb over another insurer.

Chubb tasked us with producing a video that applied these insights in an understandable, engaging way. Looking at our options, we knew animation was the right choice.

Working in close collaboration with Chubb, we crafted a script and detailed storyboards that sold these benefits to potential clients.

The video was a hit and has been integrated with Chubb’s Shifting the Language campaign.
